Comprehensive Services
Site Management
Our Site Management services include regular on-site visits and inspections, establishing liaisons for repair work, and managing contracts and services for the association. We also collaborate with consultants, contractors, and engineers hired by the association to ensure your property is well-maintained.
Administrative Services
In terms of Administrative services, we attend board meetings, maintain files, prepare and mail necessary correspondence, enforce rules and regulations, and handle violations as directed by the board. We can also assist with the maintenance of your
community website or add your community link to our website.
Fiscal Accounting
Our Fiscal Accounting services include preparation of the annual budget, receipt and posting of individual member dues and special assessments to individual account records, account ledgers for each homeowner, and monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts. We also assist with collection of past due accounts, prepare and distribute monthly financial statements,
and maintain all financial records in accordance with GAAP.
